On the Website
‘Read Only’ versions of the latest journals will be made available on the website. Over time, all issues starting from the first issue in October 1993 will be added to the online archives.
Printed Journals
Printed copies of the journal are sent by ordinary post to:
- Writers – Authors receive one free copy of the issue in which their article appears.
- Institutions, Libraries, and Statutory Bodies – Organizations that preserve printed copies of the journal.
- Authors and Reviewers – Authors whose books are reviewed, along with the reviewer.
- New Life Members – Life members joining as subscribers now, by contributing Rs 6000/- and opting for the printed version.
- Existing Life Members – Life members can choose between a digital or printed copy. Those who opt for the printed version must upgrade their contribution to Rs 6000/-.
Digital Copies
Digital copies in PDF format are sent by email or WhatsApp to subscribers who join Prasanna Bharathi by contributing Rs 200/- per annum for four issues. This is available to all existing and future annual subscribers.
Research Scholars
Research scholars whose articles are accepted for publication, upon payment of Rs 500/- and in accordance with the prescribed rules, receive one printed copy by ordinary post along with a digital copy.
Donors
As a Public Charitable Trust, Prasanna Bharathi relies on donations to continue its activities. Donors benefit from Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, allowing fifty percent of the donation amount to be reduced from taxable income. Necessary certificates and credits in donors’ Income Tax accounts are arranged by Prasanna Bharathi.
